Soles for Cole was a 5k charity run organized by NYC member Christian Cullen to benefit the family of Cole Crouteau, a local Coweta resident currently battling cystic fibrosis.

Members of the Newnan Youth Council volunteered at the run, and the community was encouraged to attend to show support for Cole and his fight against the disease.



From the official website: "Coles Commanders started in 2013. It is set up to start saving for his future medical or educational pursuits in life once he turns 18. He also wants to “pay it forward” in the future, and help families that have loved ones with CF- just as this community has helped him!"
